As a member you will gain access to monthly themes focused on a specific breath type, 2 live transformational breathwork journeys per month and 1 live downregulating session. You will have the option to add on monthly Yin or weekly Kriya, you will have access to an application for daily self-practice, mindful moment journal prompts, first access to any special events and a direct connection to Erin and the growing community of conscious breathers.

I prefer to call myself a breathwork navigator, even conductor, as opposed to teacher, coach or guide.
The real work is done by the breathers, I am just there to hold space, provide encouragement, and maybe a little push to entice them to see what lies beyond the comfort, more so, what lies beyond the discomfort.
Breathing is the core essence of life. We do it over 25K times per day. What happens when you turn what is an automatic function for many, into something conscious? When you bring awareness into the breath it becomes the gilded sword, an immaculate weapon at your disposal to heal the body and to teach your nervous system how to regulate.
