The Workshop Series June Edition
The June Series begins June 7 and is a 3 part series. Part 2 on June 21 and Part 3 on June 28 all from 1-3PM at The Center of 8 Branches Chinese Medicine.
Part 1
Part One: Understanding the Nervous System & Building Your Toolkit
Before we shift, we must understand. In this foundational session, we will explore the depths of the nervous system, breaking down how stress states, trauma patterns, and regulation cycles shape our daily experiences.
Learn the Autonomic Nervous System’s response states (fight, flight, freeze, fawn). Identify your personal nervous system patterns and triggers. Build a practical toolkit for Vagus Nerve toning, laying the groundwork for deep regulation. Experience guided practices to activate relaxation, ease, and resilience.
This session is the foundation—the moment when knowledge begins to transform into embodied awareness.

June Series Transformational Breath Drop In
Drop in to breathe - this will be a Transformational Breath journey. We will ground and center, spend a few minutes talking to acclimate the new breathers in the room, then will actively breathe for 45 minutes. You will be guided by my voice and music. We will spend at minimum 20 minutes with downregulating breath and nervous system resetting before having tea and fruit. Please wear comfortable layers and bring anything you would like to feel at ease.
