Breath is the language of the nervous system, and in this session, we uncover the direct relationship between breath and our autonomic responses.
🌬 Why breath is the most powerful nervous system regulator—the science of inhalation, exhalation, and their effects on states of safety and distress. 🌬 Breath techniques to shift states—activating the parasympathetic system and releasing stored tension. 🌬 Exploring the rhythm of breath—why consistency and control lead to nervous system balance.
